About Me

Hi, I’m Tristan Costelo, a retail leasing specialist here with Blueberry Commercial Real Estate. I live with my wonderful partner Jess, along with our two children, In Timberlea, NS.

I’m entering my eleventh year in the Real Estate business and am passionate about this crazy and fast-paced business of retail real estate that we work in. Before I joined Mark’s team 7 years ago, I spent several years on the residential side of the industry selling homes and working from a well-known brokerage. For me, commercial real estate has been energizing and inspiring, and it’s the creativity that is required, and the interesting nuances of each deal, that I really enjoy. Being able to help Landlord and Tenant clients meet their goals and find success, has been a fulfilling journey that I love continuing to explore. My clients know that they will get a personable, and knowledgeable approach to any of their Retail Real Estate inquiries. I have extensive experience with restaurants, hard-goods retail, shopping malls, and much more! I look forward to many more years of assisting Landlord and retail Tenant clients achieve their growth objectives.
