Jim is a well-known and highly regarded Retail Leasing and Commercial Sales professional with four decades of experience in the industry. All who know Jim would agree that he is so deserving of the most common attribute he is given: “Gentleman”. Jim’s natural ability to connect easily with people of all backgrounds is his well-honed superpower!

Jim’s last position was as Vice President of Leasing with Plaza PEIT, having earned a reputation over his 26 years there as one of the finest and most respected leasing professionals in the business.

Prior to this, Jim was Leasing Manager with Atlantic Shopping Centres (which later became ‘Crombie REIT’) and before this, many years in commercial property management.
